Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with aLADy. Please read this policy before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, size or colour, unwanted gifts, or minor colour differences caused by screen settings. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, worn, used or personalised items cannot be returned.

Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is missing from your order, or is materially different from its description, contact sales@aladyshop.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Please keep the item and all packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Where a claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, repair, store credit or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for an approved defective or incorrect item. Do not return any item without our written authorisation.

Items Not Eligible

We cannot accept claims arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper washing or storage, unauthorised alteration, minor handmade variations, or damage limited to external packaging where the product itself is unaffected.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
